Lumos Diagnostics has announced that it has successfully completed the retail component of its Entitlement Offer, which raised approximately A$6.9 million. The institutional component of the Entitlement Offer successfully completed last month raised approximately A$3.1 million, bringing the total amount raised under the Entitlement Offer to A$10.0 million.
Lumos CEO and Managing Director, Doug Ward said,
